Do you dispatch orders on weekends?

We dispatch items Monday through Friday. To guarantee same day dispatch please place your order by 11am.

Can you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Due to our oversized packages we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Also, our products are too big to fit in the box.

Do you deliver outside of New Zealand?

At the moment, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses.

Which transport services does Pellet Hub use?

We use Mainfreight for large items such as barbecues and smaller items we’ll deliver via NZ Post.

Can I cancel my order?

Sure, you can cancel at any time prior to your order being picked up by our courier or freighter. Contact us immediately on info@pellethub.co.nz or via our Facebook Chat widget which floats in the bottom righthand corner of our website.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

To arrange a different delivery address, please contact us on info@pellethub.co.nz or via our Facebook Chat widget which floats in the bottom righthand corner of our website.

Where’s my tracking number?

We don’t have an automated system in place yet but get in touch with our friendly team and they’ll manually send you a tracking number via email.
