• Cook with more precision and confidence using the Digital Touch Controller, with temperature control from 150–550°F in 5° increments, plus a meat probe and Keep Warm Mode.
• Cook with fewer hot spots and more even heat with the rounded/peaked hybrid chamber and Venturi-style firebox, designed to distribute heat and hardwood smoke throughout the grill while burning pellets efficiently, all inside a heavy duty 13 gauge steel body built for life on the road.
• More than a grill. Wood fired pizza too. Add the compatible TREK Pizza Oven attachment (sold separately) and use the same setup to smoke, grill and make proper wood fired pizza without buying a separate oven.
