This sauce will bring your favourite Chinese takeaway to your very own kitchen or BBQ. Use this sauce on any white meat cuts. Chicken wings, pork fillet or pork shoulder to create an authentic Asian delicacy. Why not simply add it to the wok while stir frying vegetables and your choice of meet, to create a very easy and super tasty Asian stir fry!
Marinate meat for up to 6 hours with our Char Siu Sauce or for best results overnight and cook to your liking. Reduce remaining marinade (you may need to add extra from the bottle) in a pot until thick, then brush on while cooking, add a little extra to serve.
